Our Process
Our process is intimate and tailored to each client's style and colors, pulling inspiration from their stories and collaborating with their planner or venue to create a cohesive design throughout the event. At the heart of each event is an original design that reflects each client's unique vision and a fun and interactive design selection process that sparks joy and excitement. It is a privilege to be a part of each client's journey; creating an unforgettable celebration and cherishing lasting relationships afterward is our reward.
Inquire
Tell us about your event through our online inquiry form. We'll have a chat to discuss the details to draft an initial proposal with estimated pricing and flower direction.
Booking
We'll have a Proposal Meeting to discuss price options and make any necessary changes. Once you're happy with your custom proposal, we'll lock in the date with your signature and a 25% retainer.
Design & Planning
We begin creating magic with a design board and digital illustrations to paint a picture of your vision. We exchange ideas and inspiration through pictures and sketches to edit, select, and refine all designs.
Final Details
We'll touch base 40 days before your event to finalize the number counts and any minor changes, present a sample mock-up if desired, and settle the final payment.
The Event
Our team will arrive on-site to execute every detail to perfection so you can fully enjoy every magical moment unfolding with your loved ones.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the minimum budget?
Starting budget is $5000 for our full service, including design, delivery, set up, installation, and strike services.
Do you take smaller orders?
Anything less than $5000 may require your own setup or pick-up arrangement, depending on the availability of our production schedules.
How far do you travel for events?
We service Los Angeles and Orange County. Any outside area may require a higher minimum; contact us for further details.
Do you provide rentals?
Yes. We provide beautiful selections of vases, candles, arches, stands, pedestals, and floral props.
Do you hold dates during the consultation?
Due to the high number of inquiries and the fact that we accept a selective amount of events per year, we can not hold dates. We will reserve your date as soon as we receive a signed Agreement and retainer payment.
What's the booking process?
After exchanging and collecting information about your event with you or your planner, we prepare an initial proposal with pictures of the general flower direction. During our proposal meeting, we make any adjustments and finalize our agreement. A signed contract and a 25% retainer payment will secure your date.
What details do you need to prepare a proposal?
We would love to know your love story, interests, and values that inspire you, along with event details, such as the venue, guest counts, floral wish list, color palette, approximate budget range, and some visual images or a link to a Pinterest board.
How far in advance should I book the florist?
As soon as you secure a date and a venue with some general ideas of your budget and design aesthetic. The earlier, the better; book at least three months before your date, allowing us to plan the meticulous details and execute your event flawlessly.
